Actually, vegetarians have to be extremely conscious of what they eat, to make sure that they are actually getting all of the nutrients they need to be healthy. Not that everyone else doesn't have to as well, but vegetarians (and vegans) have to be extra careful to eat foods (or take supplements) that replace the nutrients our bodies need that we usually get from different meats. Eating "healthy" isn't just about shoving a bunch of veggies down your throat for each meal, it's about balance. You can eat things that are considered 'bad' (sweet, fatty, etc.) and still eat healthy, it's just that you have to eat them in moderation. Just a thought. :p
Personally, I'm trying. *grins* I've been learning to cook more interesting things so that I eat at home more, but we still get the occasional McDonald's, Wendy's, Subway, etc.. I try to drink more water than anything else, which is working rather well, though we do get soda sometimes, and I love milk. I'm learning to like things without a lot of dressing, sauce, stuff like that. Sometimes it's the gravy that gets you. >P But yeah, for the most part I'm trying to eat more 'whole foods,' where I know what I'm putting into my food, because they're ingredients I've bought myself, and then made them into food I can eat. I do still buy chocolate, though. ^-~

I occasionally watch what I eat, but for the most part I'll have whatever I can get my hands on.

1302 This heavily depends on what constitutes "healthy eating".
If it's stuff like "Light" Orange Juice, Splenda-based sweets, fat-free somethingorother, or otherwise an unnaturally "healthed up" version of anything, I will try to avoid eating it. The reason is because this stuff is associated with unnatural weight loss, and I end up without the fats, sugars, carbs, etc that I need to not be hungry anymore. Plus, the taste commonly isn't as desirable as the normal version.
The next thing is that when you live on a college campus, you either will not be able to *afford* eating healthy (depending on how your meal plans work), or there will be no options that are worth the while. I have limited places to eat on campus, and I had to learn not to be picky about what food is available to me. I wasn't really picky to begin with, but especially now, after three years of on-campus living, I think I literally could eat *anything* that's edible. The only exceptions being freezer-burnt foods, and undercooked beef that's been sitting out too long or refridgerated (since it picks up a *disgusting* bacteria taste that I absolutely cannot tolerate).
Short version: I eat whatever I want whenever I want, because that's what's healthier for me, personally, as opposed to "light" versions of foods.

I don't watch my eating at all. I have a great metabolism, so I pretty much go wild when it comes to food. I know that further down the road I'll probably regret this, but I may as well make the best out of it while I can.
