I'm not sure when this started, but back in the day I could sit in front of the TV for hours playing a video game.

Nowadays, I'll play a game and then pause it after a while and walk to the computer to do something on there and then I'll walk back to the game.

For whatever reason, I just can't sit still in one spot for long. I guess this is why I'm terrible in waiting in lines unless I have something to do.

I'm sure there's some BS medical term for this and drugs, but, meh, whatever.

ADHD, I kinda have it too, I have trouble sitting still for long periods of time, unless I'm sitting in a classroom or something. (because then, I'll be falling asleep )

If I'm in a class room setting, I will get a headache. Goes for meetings too. I thought it was something to do with hunger, so I would bring a snack with me.

If you seem to get these before dinner / lunch, you should try adding a snack between those two. Your body needs some refreshing every now and then.

I have to explain to most of the teachers that I need a snack during the lessons to keep myself focused.

Maybe you just need to take life a bit slower.
I noticed this a lot with me nowadays too, So I meditate a lot.

Try meditating for 15 minutes a day, maybe?
And try doing things slowly, take your time with things :3

I can't stay in front of a computer forever at work, but I'll just get up to stretch my legs (if it isn't an "official" break time) or see what my friends are doing.

But I don't get totally distracted from my work. Thankfully.

Yes, it's the same with me. I often go out to the garden for a few minutes, or make some little exercises (5 kg weight FTW ). I don't like sitting for a while, I rather kneel before the computer (like at this moment).

Could be that Restless Legs Syndrome they talk about on TV. That or you just have ADHD. But I know what you mean by it. I'll be playing a game with the laptop on the bed behind me and I'll spin around in my chair every once in a while to check IRC or postings.
