Why yes, I am aware of who that is. And for an opinion of all four of them, the avatar looks ghostly(a bit odd), the green one looks male(check later forms, they do not look male), the pink one is cute(like always), and the one on the far right is a sprite(not your art).

As for the layout itself, I think it works out quite nicely just like that. Fairly distinct the way it is so if someone believes you use this layout already and merely glimpses at it they can tell it is you just from that. So don't change it anytime soon unless you just have to change it.

(Also, here's a question. Your username has Kirby in it, but there's no Kirbies around, just a bunch of Lunamons. Intentional irony or no?)

The lunamon art is drawn by a good friend of mine know as Bloodsonic while the sprite is a rip from the game Digimon World Dawn/Dusk.
