Any particular reason?

Because sv_pure could block things like custom sprays, for example. Though that depends on what level it's set at.

The flipside of this is that sv_pure can be used to prevent people from using stuff like modified wall textures (e.g. invisiwalls), etc.

I think we were going to keep custom sprays when/if we get a custom server. That is the only thing that drives me mad on TPG servers.

I was always under the impression that sv_pure only made sure everybody had the same files as each other, preventing things like invisiwalls and shit.

Casbah Rocks, plain and simple. I like ctf_staging too, since it's fairly balanced.

Not so much in favor of the more esoteric levels like billiards or racketball. Those aren't much fun at all, really.

I'm going with TF2 server. We can use Skype like Xk said, it's just a matter of getting people on it. I'd rather have a server that we have control of.
