Here in Ohio, the registration stickers are color-coded by month, but technically expire on your birthday like your driver's license. So, instead of ignoring my car because it still had this month's sticker on it, the meter maid instead looked up close and read the tiny print on the bottom that said that the registration had expired. By two days.

So it's raining. And in a few I have to drive in it. People here are complete idiots when it comes to driving in the rain. Some drive way too slow, others don't care and drive too fast, some will drive with their hazards on, some without lights, some with high beams on...I swear, is there no middle ground anymore?

That...makes no damned sense but whatever.

The only way I'd see that logical is if your birthday also meant that your license had expired (which is a 1 in 4 shot).
