I'll be away for an unknown period of time starting Sunday evening. I'm not sure for how long I'll actually be away, but I doubt it'll be very long (if nothing else I'll make it a point to pop in on occasion)
Nothing really changes, though I might bump Colin or Anya up to admin spot while I'm out so CrossEdge and hydrapheetz have some extra help (cpubasic13 is sick, too).
In the mean time, don't break anything... or else.
(todo: recolored sprite goes here)

You managed to tear your eyes away from Morrigan long enough to say that?
Maybe there is hope for him after all. Hm. Keep an eye on his vitals, though, he's probably going to relapse at any moment.

I wouldn't get away with that unless I was a service tech here.
And I don't wanna go on the road fixing random computers for customers who GOT HIT BY A TORNAYDER or whatever reason that they want to give for their computer not functioning right and then having to explain to them in very very VERY Layman's Terms what happened.
I have problems with that at this company and over a few phone calls that I have to take out of expertise enough as it is.

And I thought I was bad when I took my PsX to work to play FF6. At least that system is small and light to carry around.

I've actually been pretty close at times to redirecting your work IP to a page that just has "I AM NOT CURRENTLY DOING MY JOB" in big, flashing 70-point font.
But then I realize I'm not that evil. Morality core, you know.

If you can find a way to do that over at the service tech office when they have all their computers with IE on @ Facebook playing Mafia Wars, I'd appreciate that if you could find a way to do it on cue when one of the higher ups comes walking through...

If you have a networked folder shared amongst them, it'd basically amount to installing a small program that pops up "CURRENTLY SLACKING ON THE JOB", a siren effect, and blinking the screen, based on the contents of a file in said folder.
Of course getting it on there might be kind of hard.

They have Mafia Wars on Facebook? I thought that was Myspace.
This reminds me of my hubby's old job. He and a bunch of guys would play Diablo all day. They found a way to install it without getting into trouble.

Getting it there would be shit; their security sucks...they have multiple computers and folders on the server open to each one and I have the ability to read and write on certain servers that are in these computers. It'd be no trouble at all.

But uh, safe trip and all that. We won't break anything while you're gone.

No, that's wrong.
Also, no, the "morality core" was just a way of putting it. Besides, if you're comparing with GLaDOS, they aren't cores.
