I went to Project Revolution a few years ago when they had Linkin Park, Snoop Dogg, Less Than Jake, Funeral for a Friend, Korn and a few other bands. Before that I had gone to two other Linkin Park concerts.

Back when I was a teenager, I had won tickets to see Bon Jovi from a radio contest.

Also went to a Spice Girls concert with some of my friends from high school, all guys, by the way.

I really want to go to more concerts.

I went to a Nightwish concert two years ago in Anaheim. Galaxy Theater was the venue, I think.
It was me, my uncle, and my two cousins (9 and 11 at the time)
We refused to go in the mosh pit (my cousins'd get crushed) so they gave us a (normally reservation only) table five feet away from the stage. 'Twas amazing.

Yeah, I like concerts. Used to go to a lot of concerts just a few years ago, but had to cut down, because it costs money. But I still go every now and then if some interesting metal band or other shows up and I have some cash.

Concerts are awesome.

Craziest mosh pit would be the Hole in the Sky Metal festival a few years ago. Entombed (swedish death metal) followed by Kreator (german thrash metal) and Testament (US thrash metal). I was in heaven, and totally pumped afterwards. An awesome thing with Testament was that they took people up on stage with them. At the end of the concert it was a big fucking crowd up there.

And when I saw Mayhem, and Attila (the vocalist) came on stage dressed in toilet paper and had a tea party all by himself, eating fruit and reading the newspaper. Not what you'd expect from a black metal band.

In Flames were pretty cool too. The took this guy up on stage and had him sing an entire song. He totally sucked, but it was a cool thing nonetheless.

And Metallica last summer were awesome live, even though it rained. Who cares, "it's just water!". Before the concert even started, some guy behind me was taking a piss right in the middle of the crowd. Hahaha, hell yeah! Rock on!

My first Concert was 3 Doors down back in 2000. Which was pretty epic for me back in the day. Long before I learned Power Metal and the music I like today.

Other than that, I also went to see Sevendust (Don't like the band. I went with my friends), Blind Guardian, Jeff Dunham(?), and Stephen Lynch.

? - Does that count as a concert? I mean there was music involved (Guitar guy fucking rocks!)

I've been to Fall Out Boy, Panic at the Disco, Hellogoodbye, The Academy Is..., Motion City Soundtrack, Mae, and one band that is escaping me... all pretty good although can't say it's my type of music really anymore.

Been wanting to go check out some post-rock shows sometime, like Mogwai or Explosions in the Sky... someday I will make it to one.

I've seen Metallica back in 2004. I saw Yngwie Malmsteen, Helloween, Dream Theater and Iron Maiden. Gamma Ray (two times) and Edguy (two times).

I'm going to see Dream Theater twice this summer, too.

As for tales, well I'm pretty much always in the front row because I always arrive REALLY early.

I ended up going to a few smooth jazz concerts in 2007-2008. Saw a Dave Koz concert (my mom won tickets from a radio station which is now defunct) in November 2007, and a couple free concerts (Euge Groove and Spyrogyra) in Summer 2008, which were free.

Incredible fucking times, man. It's sad that the radio station died. :/

The only concert I ever went to was when Paul McCartney went to Quebec for the 400th anniversary of the city last summer. We drove all the way from Montreal and then got back at 6am the next day. I had work at 8am though, so I ended up not sleeping that day.

Besides that I actually haven't been to any other concerts, and the one I went to was free, except for travel expenses.

So were you gonna say anything about being back after nearly a year of inactivity?

More like nearly two (three? I forgot) years of inactivity. Actually, I couldn't find the "I'm back" thread.

On another note, I'm going to see Russell Peters in July. He's a stand-up comic though, so I guess that's not a concert.

I saw Green Day a looong time ago on their American Idiot tour.
A year or so ago, I saw Dimmu Borgir, Behemoth, and Keep of Kalessin in New Jersey. Fucking awesome show.

Only concert I ever went to was Z100 Jingle Ball ... either 2006 or 2007. Can't remember which, just that I didn't really care too much for it.

I'm not really a concert kinda guy. Last one I went to was Ozma a few years back, and before that was a free concert the college here had with MC Chris.
