Over the years though, I started preferring variations of vanilla ice cream more than just pure vanilla. I rather have cookies or something else on it than just plain old vanilla.

That just sounds... wow. Either so weird that it's great or so weird that there's a reason it's a limited batch.

I had Caramel Fudge tonight. Not too bad... could use more fudge but it was double-churned so that made up for it.

Trader Joe's used to carry this ice cream called Double Rainbow which I loved. Not just because there are rainbows all over the carton, not just because my family deemed it "the gay ice cream" and always bought it for me, but because it was ridiculously good. The coffee one was my favorite.

But they stopped carrying it all of a sudden.
