I've heard of Cold Stone, but I've also heard that it's located in a bad area. So I won't be trying them. ____________________

Cold Stone's okay, but it's nothing compared to Handel's! Handel's is a lot like Maggie Moo's I guess. They have a lot of weird (but delicious!) flavors. My favorite by far is Handel's coconut cream pie.

Regular flavors are boring to me now. I always try the weirdest stuff I can find. The closest I ever get to a normal flavor is double chocolate chip or mint chocolate chip, and even then, only if it's Graeter's. Haagen Dazs' creme brulee is also heaven on earth, but I haven't been able to find any lately. With both ice cream and chocolate, I'm spoiled on the expensive stuff. The cheap stuff tastes like dirt to me now.

(Actually, I have some pretty good Breyers Mint Chocolate Chip in the fridge. Tastes better than usual; either it was a good blend or I just haven't had it in a long time.)

This thread is reminding me that I need to go to DQ at some point this summer (I don't even know if the local one's open yet since it's seasonal) and I need to pick up some exotic Ben & Jerry's flavors. It will be the summer of ice cream. Yes.

I went out and grabbed some Turkish Coffee and Root Beer Float ice cream. Turkish Coffee is delicious, and I haven't tried the Root Beer one yet.

Holy Crap, IceCream!!
I friggin love this creamy stuff! :3
And the reason for that is because I used to work at a Chocolate Store called Purdy's Chocolates, which was a small little store in a mall.
I basically worked in the icecream section, serving little kids with 20 dollar bills in their hands.
But the best part is when people change their minds AFTER I scoop the icecream, I get to have it later!
Too bad people didn't make a mistake though..

anyway, it was a great experience. If you get a chance to work in a Chocolate/Icecream store, take it. :3
