As long as you're playing on the right server, people are generally nice and welcoming.

Of course, if you're really insecure about that, you could join a private game with a friend who can explain how things work and practice for a bit there.

I can't play with my headset on in Halo anymore. Of course it's been almost a year since I've played.

The TGP servers that we're normally on are usually filled with nice people to play with and they're pretty accepting of newcomers. I only started truly playing with them last week and I'm already accepted to a degree.

I'm hoping I can get my friend to join one of the TPG servers some time. So far she's only played on servers with eight people, and it's a competitive practice server, iirc. Not exactly the most fitting place for someone who's never played an FPS in her life.

Why haven't I posted in here yet?
Anyways, the name says it all (Madman200), except when you must abbreviate please do not just remove the numbers, as the username with only the numbers gone isn't much of a username. Instead, use my IRC name (MM200) which is also my Steam ident.

I am also a TF2 player but am only on (for now) during GMT-6 nighttime. I don't have much skill at the moment, but I'm getting there. Preferred units are Soldier, Pyro, Engineer and Medic.

On the forums I seem to be getting myself a bit of inactivity all around (might be changing). You might not see very much of me. I'm hoping to improve here as well though!

I suppose I might as well say hi, though I haven't played TF2 at all, mainly because until recently all source engine games bluescreened on me. I don't even know why it stopped happening.

Aside, hi Mumbles! I haven't posted until today for like 1/3 of a year, so don't worry about being inactive, Madman, I can safely take the trophy for that... Though I'd rather not.
