I don't think there's anything wrong with sleeping in, as long as you have the time and don't have to be anywhere. The weekends are my catch-up days. Though, I've been trying to substitute today and yesterday for that as well. That 4-hour sleep day on Wednesday certainly screwed things up.

I have no idea, but probably no more than six hours. I have almost always had trouble falling asleep, it takes a long time for me to do so. And when sleeping around others, I'm usually almost always the last one to fall asleep (and the first one to wake up).
Every night I go to bed, and set my alarm, at such times so that I would get 8 hours of sleep, if I were to sleep the entire time I stayed in bed, but I'm always awake before my alarm sounds.
So yeah, I'm usually almost always tired, one way or another, but I've somewhat gotten used to it. I don't know why it is like this, but I do think this is the reason why I sometimes find it hard to concentrate, get unfocused easily, and may appear somewhat 'slower' than others. Perhaps this is also feeding my aggression, but usually I'm quite a happy and optimistic person, even though I sometimes can get really pissed off. |

| I don't actually get sleepy until that 36-48 hour range, but I always wake up feeling the most rested after, like, exactly 10 hours. Working the swing shift has been nice for me, since I still get off work before midnight and still don't have to wake up and go to work in the morning. I've just been setting my alarm for 9am arbitrarily and tend to get to bed by 12. Despite doing this for the past three months or so, I still tend to hit the alarm at 9 and find myself waking up a second time at exactly 10:00. |

I have to get up at 4:40 AM on the weekdays, though. :\
That's the problem with me going on with late nights.

I don't make it a habit but I don't mind it. Twelve hour sleep days are awesome on my brain.
It's not a guilt thing. I just can't sleep when there's any light coming in through my window. I guess I'm weird like that.

3 or 4 hours works best for me.
I don't know why. Any more and I usually seem a bit tired, and I even fall asleep in classes. Less isn't too good either.

Yeah, I can't operate between 8 and 9 hours. Ten works good, so does seven, but in between, I'm feeling tired as hell the next day.

That's the trouble with sleep, too much isn't exactly great either. I honestly can't sleep more than 9 hours unless I REALLY need it (AKA staying up 24+ hours). Though, I never recall sleeping more than 12 hours ever.

I usually only get about 6-7 hours of sleep on weekdays. There are so many things that i want to do and with school taking up a whole bunch of my day the only chance that I get to do them is at night . I try not to stay up too late though especially since I don't want to fall asleep during my first period (gym) at school .
