(Note: If you do not have a pet, do you have a dream pet you would like to have?)

So I got a pet from the pet store today. He was way too adorable to not pick up. Half lab, and half Huskey. Everyone, meet Leskey!

He sure is a cutie isn't he? I'll provide a youtube later on today and put it up.

Now this puppy is one killer. He likes to bite my toes at night while I am asleep in my room. He is a little too small to get on top of the bed to sleep with me. So to vent his anger, he likes to num on my feet a bit.

Somewhat potty trained. But too young to be disciplined. He can hold it and wait for him to be carried outside. But wait too long and it's pretty much my fault if he does his business. But isn't he cute!?

So do you guys have any pets? Do you want one?

I have a kitty at home, and a puppydog at my Mummy's place.

Here's the puppy.

I had two bunnies, but our neighbors dogs killed them.

But I've been thinking of getting a cat. Maybe this summer...

I used to have a pet cat, named Cassie who died when I was at high school of liver failure. I'm still kinda sad about that

I don't have any pets anymore, but my brother has some goldfish and my sister has two budgies called Jack and Isabella.

I collect kabutomushi beetles as pets. I usually only keep one at a time, and usually a male because to me they are the more attractive of the species. Why? Well, its the males that compete. That's right, for fun I used to watch these little guys fight it out. Of course they can never really hurt each other...I mean I'm sure that they can. But a typical beetle fight consists of one trying to push the other off of a surface. It's a popular hobby for some reason back home...anyway they don't live incredibly long or spectacular lifespans unless you've taken care of them long enough to know how to prolong it well enough.

My beetle's name is Hiromu, or actually Hiromu IV. Hiromu is currently number 4 but calling him Hiromu IV could be a little bit inaccurate because only the current Hiromu is a direct lineage from any of the others :p sometimes I will find my Hiromu beetle a rival buddy, who I name Kataki. So far we have had 4 Hiromu and 2 Kataki. I usually always let Kataki go however. I've always loved insects ever since I was a little girl. Bugs don't bother me much :p I think they're really neat...

I also have two cats back home, Luna who is mom's and Gigi who is mine. Gigi is black (not unlike the cat it was named after...) and Luna is white like a moon. Simple :p

There is also my sister's bunny, Jellybean. I'm not sure what to make of him. It's a bunny...pretty boring...it eats and poops...kind of cute though...

You're not one that has them battle it out for dough or something are you?

I currently don't have any pets but I did have two cats at the very maximum in my apartment but I had to get rid of them as per the change in policy here at the complex. The only other related pets I can mention is my father's pet dogs that are a Pug and an older White German Sheppard. Pug is absolutely cute-ugly...I mean you can't make this guy ride the line any farther. The German Sheppard is getting on in years...he's 11 and he's got arthritis and glaucoma going for him and probably won't last too much longer.

I used to have a few hermit crabs, back in... 1998ish?

I had a goldfish once, too, but it died the enxt day. I've never had a "traditional" pet, partly due to restrictions in an apartment then simply lack of money to be able to care for them. :|

Here is my dog:

Her name is Biscuit and we've had her for almost four years now. She is a mix of jack russell and terrier. She is a really good dog, before we got her I actually didn't want a dog because I could only vision getting a big dog that would destroy all of my stuff .

Big dogs aren't all that bad except when they get antsy and decide to do tail wag. Labs are really bad for that.

The German Sheppards I've had for pets, however, different story...they're actually pretty good for big dogs.

Jack Russels, in my experience, think they have the hearts of a Rottweiler in them...they're nuts.

That is usually true although in my dog's case the terrier really calms her down a lot (she does have her crazy moments though ).

It's usually the males that are really bad. I've been bit by plenty.

Female Jack Russels, on the other hand? Different story on the aggressiveness...but they do tend to whine an awful lot and bark at the littlest of disturbances.

I can't disagree with you there. Sometimes she starts barking at something outside but then continues to bark even after it's gone (this results is someone having to go and tell her to be quiet otherwise she'll never stop ).

Kind've an old, small shot...but here's a shot of both of the cats I used to have.

The sad thing is the orange kitty didn't make it more than a few weeks. She was a total attention-holic too, always wanted to be in your lap, about broke my heart when I got done at the vet's office that day.

Had to get rid of the big cat soon after, and I had him around since Thanksgiving of '06.

Hiryuu, those are adoooorable little kittens! And to answer your question, no I never battle them for money :p just for fun. I don't really know many other collectors to be able to do that anyway. I figure if they're doing something they do in the wild it keeps them from getting too lonely or stir crazy. I know that it doesn't actually matter though

That's so sad Hiryuu . One of my friends went through almost the exact same thing (they had to put one down and then a few weeks later the other one died ).
