I wasn't home when it happened, but apparently power was knocked out for around seven hours... That road, Steamboat Island Road, is the main road that runs right past my house.

And here is a google map of the area..

And interesting enough, the line for Google Maps semi-recent/old maps = right in that area.

They were probably coming from the direction where the had to fly over the lines to get to the field... Everything else around here is trees... And you don't want to land a plane in that.
