My fianc(e')s mom bought Luxor 3 the other day. We spent a grand total of about an hour on one of the puzzle matches until I got fed up and looked on the internet for the answer. Turns out the puzzle can't be solved! There is some sort of glitch where the balls don't disappear when they collide on level 12, so you cannot beat the map nor the other puzzle levels. We are missing out on 38 puzzles because of this... way to beta test!

What a way to punch out Punch-Out!! for the Wii. Straight up says 'no' to DLC. It just sounds like you Wii-folk are getting mega-screwed with DLC.

I'm surprised I haven't seen any extra Brawl characters on DLC, for starters.

Old people and Wii Sports, young people and shitty games.

The middle age bracket is more or less forgotten.

There are a few gems here adn there (Madworld being one of them, iirc) but they are few and far between.

I'm truly close to buying a 360 if personal situation and monetary reasons weren't an issue. There's nothing on the Wii anymore. All we have really are the hopes for new Mario/Zelda/Metroid titles and that's it.

Part of the problem is that the more powerful technology becomes, the longer it takes to make a good game. Both Twilight Princess and Super Paper Mario were already in development for the Gamecube (SPM already had its battles with O'Chunks and Fracktail in 1-3 done) and it still took a while for them to come out on the Wii. However, it takes a lot less time to make tiny/cheap/rubbish games, which is why we see so much more of them. At least we have WiiWare and VC to keep us occupied while they have the really good stuff in production. They are probably already discussing plans for the next big Mario/Zelda games. Majora's Mask is coming to NA soon, so that should keep some people happy.

Until we get some kind of harddrive, I don't see us getting much DLC aside from in WiiWare games.

Hush you. If he wants a 360 then he wants a 360. Don't you put that Ps3 nonsense in his mind. A actually turned on my Wii for the first time in months. All I did was update it and then switched it off. Oh and I downloaded that Nintendo channel. Haven't looked at it yet. ____________________

I would buy an Xbox myself, except almost no games available for it appeal to me. I'm not going to buy an expensive console/movie player/computer/something only to play a handful of games. Same goes for all PlayStation systems. I got a Wii because I know what kind of games Nintendo can produce themselves. Plus, being able to download & play games I grew up with is something I love.

There's nothing wrong with having both or all three, as long as you can afford it all. Is the PS3 still 599 US dollars?
