	For some reason, I'm fascinated with alarm clocks. Sometimes, I "think" I'll need an alarm the next morning (especially if I'm being getting up at 10AM for awhile and I need to get up at 5), but I'll wind up tossing and turning most of the night because I'm not used to the sleep schedule. I have one that's really loud and will probably wake up the whole neighborhood. ____________________

I did that in high school, and I was able to leap over to it, slap it off, and leap back in to bed and go back to sleep. It was amazing. ____________________

I've done that plenty of times. My solution was to have my computer start up Winamp at a given time. My body's solution was to simply crawl back into bed after turning it off and somehow convince me that I won't fall asleep.

My mom sometimes wakes me up to tell me she is going to work and to do certain things and when I wake up later I don't recall her even waking me up. She comes home, gets upset that I didn't do something and I go "You never woke me up."

I can't use an alarm clock though for the fact that... er... I wake up before anyone wakes me up anyway.

At times, I've slept right past my alarm because it only beeps for a minute. Other times I've done what The Captain said. I've also set it incorrectly before. (PM instead of AM)

Heh, that's what has been happening to me a lot in the summer. I try not to wake up too late so I set my alarm around 9:30 to 10:00 AM. When I wake up, I realize it is past noon. I hate it when this happens on Mondays and Thursdays. Those 2 days are when the trash is picked up.
