A few characters should be one pixel shorter; in a perfect world, you'd want the line in the t to be the highest pixel for every character.

I've decided to try taking a stab at the lowercase alphabet based on your design; s and z aren't complete and I didn't try doing w (although you could probably just flip the m upside down and work from there):

If I ever needed a 5-pixel high font, I'd go no further than the Draw menu on my TI-83+. I've spent many long hours in class drawing stuff on there and adding the 5-pixel high text.
