Finally, a new layout.

For a while now, I wanted to make a military or army-themed layout. I'm not sure how I even got into military stuff recently, but it was probably partially due to So Ra No Wo To. I probably came up with a number of designs, both as a static HTML page and in my head, until I finally came up with something that I'd say worked well.

I had a bit of help with various suggestions from a certain channel, so I thank you guys for that.

I'm also hoping that the loading time for the CSS/images/etc. from my server is much faster now, since I've enabled caching (thanks to Hydrapheetz for that suggestion. )

(I may also try to see if I can bring back the post header from my previous layout.)
