Last time I took that was 8th grade.

That was fairly early to attempt the SAT, lemme tell you...

Heh, hope it went well.

I actually had a decent SAT experience last year, believe it or not. Nowhere NEAR the hell I'd imagined.

Only time I had to take it too, fortunately!

*Giga tilts his head to the side.

I don't think I've ever taken the SAT. I'm canadian, so that might affect it.

Explain, please? ;

Good luck!! When I took mine, I felt a little rushed since I had to work right after the exam.

I'm pretty sure that the SAT is a test that you need to pass if you want to attend a university in the US but don't live in the US. I have a few friends that took it and they said that it wasn't as bad as they had expected it to be .

Good luck!

Depends. In my case, they took my ACT score in IL. People didn't really give two shits about the SAT so they never administered it to us. I took it in 8th grade because people thought I was this child prodigy slash genius or something and wanted to drop my ass into IMSA in Chicago.

Needless to say, that didn't go well. Let a lot of people down in that regard.

And the ironic thing is that I took my ACT (26 composite, could've hit 27 or 28 easy if I would've studied/tried) and it was used my first go round but when I swapped colleges halfway through they pitched the scores and made me take an entrance exam. Funny thing was I ranked so well in math that they wanted to drop my ass into Calculus right off the bat.

I have since never passed Calculus in college.

Always an option for us, but nobody I've known here has ever taken it. And you can buy the prep books around here as well, even though I've never seen anyone reading one.

When I went into CEGEP/college (before university) I had to take an English and a French placement test. No concerns with the English one, but I must have had a lucky day because I got stuck in an advanced French class as a result. On the first day, we actually had to do another writing sample.

Needless to say, I was demoted back to normal French.

I think I did pretty well! It wasn't very hard, except I had nowhere near enough time for the essay question...

Glad I didn't have that when I did it in 8th grade.

Although now I would've kicked the shit out of it.
