I just watched the commercial for Bio Miracle Upa on Youtube, and at the 20 second mark you can see the game originally had a boss fight with the Pig at the end of stage 6-2. (One of the digging levels where you eat your way through food.) There is no boss at the end of the stage and that room layout does not appear in the final version.
