Okay I have three animation programs on my PC, they are...

1. ToonBoom Animate Pro 2 - My brother got it for me
2. Anime Studio Pro 10 - I bought online for $99.99 on sale
3. Synfig - This one is free

The thing is, these programs scare the hell out of me because they look so hard to use.
Are there any other animation programs out there easier to use? I'm already getting to the point on Social Media that people want to see my cartoons animated. Thanks for any suggestions...

Two other suggestions I can think of off the top of my head:

1) Pencil2D - Not sure about this one.
2) Flash - Blech. Not quite recommended, due to unwanted buggy code being piled on top of unwanted buggy code.

You could animate using any decent image manipulation tool (GIMP or Photoshop), overlaying each cel with the backgrounds like they did in the old days. Each cel/background layer being a layer in these programs and whatnot. This is rather time consuming and relies on doing things the old-fashioned way.

The thing is all of these programs more or less rely on layers on top of each other.

Clearly you have never used Blender. Speaking of which, Blender can also do 2D animation.

Someone on Facebook posted Open Toonz a while back, I did install Blender like you suggested I just didn't have the time these days to try it out. Thanks for letting me know about it.

Toonboom - I have used it and I would highly recommend using it.

Adobe Animate(the new flash) - Surprisingly a lot better and easier to animate with than flash.

Pencil2D - Not the best animation software out there but not the worst

Stop Motion(NOT A PROGRAM) - A lot of people have just drawn individual things and animated them using a video editor usually adobe after effects, this is how shows like aqua teen hunger force and the big lez show are animated.
