Those voice clips belong to Raiden, they're even robotic and all.

That Hackedoutgames dude is also known for spreading misinformation (Pretty much by accident, because he's kinda dumb) like when he "discovered" a chiptune alternative soundtrack/soundfont for MGS for PSX when all he did was fuck up with the soundfont by corrupting it.
