Would anyone like to tackle the translation and transcription of the option descriptions inside F-Zero AX's DIP Switch debug menu? We have the main menu translated, though we lack any comprehensive translation of anything deeper than that. These options should also be the same as F-Zero GX's. At the same time, if you happen to be able to transcribe those DIP descriptions so we have both Japanese and English equivalents in copy/paste-able format, that would be great.

The main menu is not the same as F-Zero GX. It has at least one more option, Scene Play Test, between Model Test and Sound Test.
