| The first post gets updated In Wario Land 4 there's this block in the debug tileset that uses two palettes: ![]() It's based on the one from Wario Land 3, but the final one uses a different design. It uses the same palette as the final block. ------------- There is an unused ladder tile in the course 2 tileset. It's actually defined in the block data (ie. It's not invisible). ![]() An example of how it appears: ![]() This lone spike is in the castle tileset. Same thing as before, it is defined in the block data, and it works as it should. ![]() As far as I don't like to use videos, this video shows how the block looks in a level. (in the first seconds or so) ![]() In this bank this is unused. It looks like it was going to be near the bed.![]() This block is technically used in the genie battle, but the lower half is always obscured by the status bar. ![]() I don't recall this being in the game, but it's near the 3 UP Hearts sprite tiles. The "palette" may be wrong. ![]() ------------------- And for something slightly different, the in the wiki there is a to do on the Wario Land 4 page asking if the X painting is unused . It's used when you try to revisit an already defeated boss. ------------------- Fun stuff that is not important: In the first game there is a variable which changes Wario's position. Address A910 Value 11. 0 - Left 1 - Left (Inverted palette) 2 - Right 3 - Right (Inverted palette) 4 - Upside down Left 5 - Upside down left (inverted palette) 6 - Upside down right 7 - Upside down right (inverted palette) 8 - Left (Behind BG) 9 - Left (Inverted palette) (Behind BG) A - Right (Behind BG) B - Right (Inverted palette) (Behind BG) C - Upside down Left (Behind BG) D - Upside down left (inverted palette) (Behind BG) E - Upside down right (Behind BG) F - Upside down right (inverted palette) (Behind BG) The inverted palette reverts back to normal a second or so after moving in any direction. Everything but the upside down is used by the game in a way or another. |

is unused. It looks like it was going to be near the bed.
