Hybrid brought the cheat options to my attention (linked me to the wiki page). I've had the game for years, but never searched for hidden content in it. Well, we gained access to it. Hybrid made a code to access it, and I found the button cheat to access it. It's a nice menu to play around with.

The following code is for the American version:

Enable this code at the main menu.

Access Cheat Options (Credit: Hybrid)
800E8748 0004

Cheat Options START: 800C4988
Cheat Options END: 800C499C
Cheat Options routine: 800773B4

The button cheat uses Reverse Joker command values.

Cheat Options:
At the main menu, hold R1 + R2 and press L1, Triangle, L2, Circle, L1, Circle. A sound will confirm correct code entry. Press Right on the "Treasure Trove" option to access the "Cheat Options".
