My throat hurts when I swallow, My head is hot and heavy, my body doesn't automatically sense when it changes temperature which makes me feel hot and cold at the same time (very awkward), and my ears are banging like drums...

WHAT SHOULD I DO!?

Sounds like a typical head cold to me.

I'd take perhaps some medicine to help deal with symptoms, but if you're really worried about it, go see a doctor.

Drink lots of water, get some sleep, take a multivitamin. See how you feel in the morning.

It sounds to me like a cold or maybe some kind of sinus infection. Either way there's not a lot we can suggest that you do. If it's a cold, there's not a lot you can do besides keep your fluids up and rest. If it's an infection, a doctor might be able to help—but then it depends if it's a viral or bacterial infection. If it's a viral infection, a doctor can't do much about that either—just tell you to rest and keep your fluids up. If it's bacterial they can prescribe antibiotics.

I'm sick too, but I have mild tonsillitis. Again.
