Anyway with the PS2 data-mining knowhow willing to look into more?

Is that a real deleted scene? The text is mostly a copy and paste from the Document of Metal Gear Solid 2. So yes, I have my doubts.

It's real. You have to dump a certain file into a VCL player to see it.
