Transforming cats into robots since 1989!

Since I'm going back to Graphic Design to take the second and last year of the program, I thought that I would design myself a tabloid-sized version of my class schedule.
So far, this is what I have: (cyan and dark green guidelines included to show the grid that I am working off of.)

Zoomed in portion of schedule design showing class block

Full sized schedule design in progress

I have the typography the way that I wanted with the header and time/day display, now I need to somehow design the individual blocks for classes. I do suppose that I could design them separately and then put them in, while trying to keep with the general idea of grids and slab serif type.

Question is... how should I lay out the data?
I have class name, class ID, instructor, time, and classroom (incidentally, they are all in the same exact room, afaik) that I would like to display on it.

The alt attribute should be used to give a short description
of an image; longer descriptions should be given with the
longdesc attribute which takes a URL linked to the description.
These measures are needed for people using non-graphical browsers.

For further advice on how to make your pages accessible
see http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL.
You are recommended to use CSS to specify the font and
properties such as its size and color. This will reduce
the size of HTML files and make them easier to maintain
compared with using <FONT> elements.

You are recommended to use CSS to control line wrapping.
Use "white-space: nowrap" to inhibit wrapping in place
of inserting <NOBR>...</NOBR> into the markup.
