A friend of mine pointed me to this video of some unused animations. Apparently this guy's done a bunch of hacks too, according to my friend.

I remember seeing that video. Gen / Abel having Ryu's moves might be because the first character to be programmed was Ryu, and they used him as a template. Maybe?
