Brawl Over
Part One:
As Milo woke from a dream of swords and thick black smoke he then realized he was in his own bedroom. Milo is a 17-year-old boy (more of a young adult than a boy anyway) who loves to play video games. He lives in a large town in the center of Los Angeles, in a high-middle class house with his parents and little 5-year-old sister. Milo’s favorite video game is War Lords, a massive fighting game where all you need is a sword, a shield, a crossbow, armor, and luck to stay alive. He is very good at playing War Lords. In fact, he thinks he can beat the Mighty Rage, the best War Lords ‘player’. When Milo put on his T-shirt and shorts on, he went downstairs to his parents to eat breakfast.
“Dad, can I have a new PS3 controller? I think my old one has a couple of bugs in it. ” Milo asked his dad.
“Not until your birthday.” answered his dad. Milo got disappointed at that as he poured his hot, creamy coffee into his favorite ‘You Rock!’ cup. He thought about himself as the number one War Lords player. He imagines the crowd cheering for him when he starts a battle against a lesser important player. Milo went to check any emails on his facebook. He found that his favorite players were online.
He wrote “Hey” to JasonKnight11.
JasonKnight11 responded “What’s up. Do you want to brawl?”
Milo wrote “Let’s go now.”So Milo went to his basement and turned on his PS3. Milo did his first attack with his Alpha sword, it removed 500 out of his opponents 3200 health points.
“What the @&$*!” said JasonKnight11.
“Try to get me, I’ll just blow your attack away!” said Milo. Then JasonKnight11 ran away from him and Milo went chasing after him. But it was a bad idea to go after him because now he took out his crossbow and shot me square on the chest, which took a quarter of my points away. That made Milo a little annoyed so he got into a full blown sword fight. The crashing of shields and the clang of swords on body armor made him know that this was his happy place. When JasonKnight11 lost almost all his health points, Milo began to get ahead of himself and just then he lost control of his controller and his avatar was standing as limp as a sack of potatoes and JasonKnight11 used a BC (B-class) action attack and Milo lost all his points and lost.
“Nooo! My $@#%&* controller got buggy again!” Milo cried in frustration.
“I beat you RazorBlade, but listen dude you should get a new controller.” said JasonKnight11 pitifully.
“I can’t because my dad won’t buy me one until it is my birthday or Christmas. Maybe I should save up to by a new one?” asked Milo with a long pause.
“Well anyway man, tell me when you get a new controller so uh, bye.” As JasonKnight11 went offline Milo forcefully turned off the PS3 and went upstairs to do his morning choirs.
Part Two:
Somewhere during the week, Milo went to get the mail and go for an afternoon game with his online friend MikeyShark101. But he found something in the mailbox that is something other than bills and grocery coupons for his mom. A letter said that he got invited to the Vegas Game Arena to battle many opponents and win a VGA All Gamer Award. Milo always knew he was good enough to play in the world games but he never knew he would get invited to an actual tournament with millions, maybe billions off people will be watching him fight other mastery opponents. He suddenly got a fluttery feeling in his stomach and went straight home to tell his parents his great news. When Milo told his parents he is going to the VGA, they said all right but he had to make sure to stay out of trouble and always call them every day.
“Okay, alright, I’ll do everything I can to keep in touch just let me set off tomorrow.” said Milo rolling his eyes. So he started packing for his trip to Las Vegas. The next morning, Milo kissed his parents goodbye and went for the train station and waited for the train to come. Half an hour later, he dropped of the train and stood in front of the magnificent stadium before him. He entered his name in the competitors list. He watched the brawls from his little television in his little room where he is waiting to be called upon to fight his opponents. He watched the five people fighting on the screen. One hit the other with a spiked club, and another hit another player with a big sword and made a powerful crash. As one by one all the players died, the battles started to get more intense. Eventually one person remained and was declared winner of the brawl.
“Well it looks like Wolfbeast is the winner. Next up is ShadowDragon, ArthurKill, X-Ray, RazorBlade, and FlameRoar!” said the announcer. When all the players came out the crowd roared with sympathy. The battle was hard. Everywhere Milo turned his camera on the screen a player keeps trying to kill. One time when a player called ArthurKill almost could have taken 700 points away from Milo (RazorBlade) by using a fireball strike but RazorBlade killed him before he did that. In the end, Milo beat three of the five players. The last one fell off a cliff edge due to trying to do a sneak attack on him. RazorBlade won the match! Milo will now move on to the next round. Tomorrow he will fight the Mighty Rage! The Mighty Rage is the number one best War Lords player on the planet. He is Milo’s cousin. That is why he has the blood of an extraordinary gamer inside him. The Mighty Rage’s real name is Justin Yelnats. Milo has a picture of him when he was 11 and Justin was 14. Now Justin is 20-years-old and Milo is 17. Justin left his family when he finished high school. Now he goes all over the world, fighting other people who wasted their lives in playing videogames. Milo has to beat his cousin for the title of number one War Lords player.
Part Three:
On the very next day, Milo got out of bed in his motel room and went for the coffee machine to pour a cup of the warm, creamy brew. He can’t wait to go back to the Vegas Gamer Arena and get back to the intense battles of War Lords. He then took a bus to the arena and got ready for battle in his little room. “Are you ready ladies and gentlemen!” the announcer said in the loud speaker with a boom. The audience roared with an even louder scream. “Coming up is Razor Blade, a newcomer in the War Lords universe!” the crowd cheered for that. “And his opponent, the one and only, Mighty Rage!” said the announcer with an especially loud bang. The audience this time cried out so loud that Milo’s ear drums were nearing to explosion because of all the screaming. Milo was the first one to come out and his cousin was second. He couldn’t tell you how loud the arena became when they came out. Milo got to his spot and the Mighty Rage got to his.
“Hello cousin.” Justin said deviously.
Milo had a lump in his throat so he couldn’t speak. All he said was “Hi.” The battle suddenly begun. The Mighty Rage used his shield to make a blow of 700 points on Milo. Then Milo nervously swung his sword and missed Justin by half an inch. He then did a trip kick which made Milo fall to the ground, and then the Mighty Rage stabbed him with his five-foot-long sword. He lost then 1000 of his 2700. Now leaving him with 1000 health points. He was afraid he going to lose in front of all the people that watched him play yesterday. Milo thought hard, so hard he could have been spawning black smoke from his ears. He was trying to find a weakness that could be vulnerable enough for Milo to make his cousin lose at least one and a half thousand points. Milo found out that Justin’s back armor isn’t very strong. So Milo got to his feet and quickly got behind his cousin and struck him so hard on the back that Justin fell backwards, staggered for a while, and collapsed with a thud. He had beaten the Mighty Rage. The audience now screamed the most they ever did since they saw the Mighty Rage come out of his room.
“And the winner is Razor Blaaaaaade!” cried the announcer, raising Milo’s arm. He had been given a medal saying VGA All Gamer Award on its contents. When Milo came back to his motel he called his parents like he promised them.
“Mom, you would never guess, I won the VGA All Gamer Award!” said Milo on his phone.
“You really did, did you? We’ll make you a celebration cake. It is your favorite type. Ice cream cake!” said Milo’s mom.
“I will be home by 2:00 PM tomorrow, give Gabby a kiss for me, bye mom.” said Milo hanging up his phone. He thought about his future and what achievements he will make. He will probably become a professional player. But for now he has to worry about how much he has to pay for the train fare.

For further advice on how to make your pages accessible
see http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL.
You are recommended to use CSS to specify the font and
properties such as its size and color. This will reduce
the size of HTML files and make them easier to maintain
compared with using <FONT> elements.

You are recommended to use CSS to control line wrapping.
Use "white-space: nowrap" to inhibit wrapping in place
of inserting <NOBR>...</NOBR> into the markup.
