Why not link some of my latest graphic design work?

This is for a business that I will (hopefully) be starting up very soon. The top logo is from this past December, and the bottom one is current as of today:

Bluenose Creative logo (top: Dec 2011; bottom: Feb 2012)

The colour seems pretty light on the bottom logo because I am using Pantone Uncoated colours in Illustrator.

Not bad. I like the choice in fonts.


Though, if it weren't for the early version above it, I'd have trouble figuring out the swooshy thing was meant to stand for an o. Maybe add a little bit to the swooshing to complete more of the circle? Also, maybe give it a little more room. It's so close to the n that it gets in the way of the imaginary completed letter.

I kind of liked the more colorful logo on top. Is it possible to combine the colorful aspect of your top logo with the "O" in the bottom? I'm not sure how much you want to limit the colors on the bottom (I"m assuming that's what you're going for after all), but it seems it could work with a few tweaks.
