I thought it was about time that I look through the Nintendo DS NTR Debug Cartridge. I wasn't able to rip any of the unused sprites because I can't really seem to figure out how to get the right palette with DS graphics. If anyone knows the right palette for these graphics, please let me know.
So I started looked at the rom's graphics with Tile Molester in 8bpp linear mode and right below a giant Nintendo logo, I found some Donkey Kong artwork/sprites that I've never seen before. I looked below it and found a box that used most of the colours in the palette, and I'm pretty sure it wasn't garbage data. I also found a bunch of small Mario heards that I've also never seen before along with a hand symbol and a circle. Looking below and I found a picture of Mario and a picture of Baby Mario, both of them and labeled with their apropriate names in English and Japanese. Right below that, I found the last 8bpp graphics in the rom, an arrow and a circle. There might be some stuff in Tile Molester's 2-Dimensional mode, but I didn't have the time to check for anything in 2-Dimensional mode, so I'll might check later.
Knowing that sometimes DS games store graphics in 4bpp like the Game Boy Advance, I then swithed to 4bpp and found a graphic of headphones, a Donkey Kong key, and the logo for a scrapped Donkey Kong game, Donkey Kong Advance!
That's all I could find for now, but I might check later.

You should see if you can get the filesystem in the rom spit out, rather than just operating directly on the rom. It might find you a palette file or at least narrow your search for one, and also give you a more organized search area. It will also give you some more organization.

I already tried unpacking the rom, and it appears that rather everything be in separate files, all data related to the graphics is stored in arm9.bin.

The files are all by "bin", like the header in other NDS games...

Tihaxa or ConsoleTool doesn't work because it don't open this file. However, you can open a HEX Editor for see if there is any unused text

It runs fine through VGMTrans, though there's not much to it. Only 16 files, as listed in the pastebin above, most of which are midi sound effects.

I still have yet to go through the sound samples, but here are the notes of interest on the sequences:

-SEQ_MARIOKART64_TITLE = Mario Kart 64 title theme, of course! It's pretty. It also has its own sound bank.
-SEQ_WARIO = some theme from WarioWare. It uses the default sound bank, and doesn't sound too great.
-SEQ_ENGIN = A low, constant note that sounds like a Mario Kart engine.
-SEQ_CGB = Repeates a single note, changing the instrument each time, going through all the instrumens.

Edit: Went through the sound banks.

-WAVE_MK64 = nothing special
-WAVE_AGB = used for every other sequence. Has some weird sound effects. I wouldn't be surprised if this is from WarioWare.
-WAVE_CHECKER = Not used by any sequence. However, one of these sounds plays on the initial startup test, depending on whether or not the system passes the test.
