Well the menu is certainly different:


When you select the Burn-In Test it displays the version number and then checks the hardware:


Then the test starts up. it's almost the same as the 1.02 Version except a few minor differences:

The Big Boo was replaced with this Podoboo.
Whilst it's doing this it's playing a remix of the music from the title screen of Zelda II: The Adventures Of Link!

At the end of the BG Mode 0 Test we have Mario (Using the unused Small Mario Sprites) run across the screen:


We then have the service number pop up and after that we get a brand new segment:

Here we have letters spelt out using various sprites including the unused Fire Flower sprite!

After that the test is identical and requires a reset to stop it. The Controller, Mouse and Super Scope Tests are the same but the Sound Module Tests has been completely redone:

After 12 seconds it starts running through a random series of sounds to test the Stereo Audio.
