Did English ever use the ð? (As opposed to Anglo-Saxon)... I know þ lasted longer, but I thought ð found itself limited to Iceland pretty quickly.

That's Early Modern English, not Old English

Early Modern English looks basically like English with thee and thou and thy and -est and -eth. Old English looks like a foreign language.

I should set my keyboard to various things sometime and see how crazy things get.

It seems fun. Though, accents are now a bit pointless because my new laptop has a number pad thingy I can just Alt-Number things in.

It's a wonderful devicé!

The only international thingy I have installed is the Japanese IME...　Sometimes, I have it on for the online dictionary and forget, and end up starting a post and getting a mess of characters.

properties such as its size and color. This will reduce
the size of HTML files and make them easier to maintain
compared with using <FONT> elements.

You are recommended to use CSS to control line wrapping.
Use "white-space: nowrap" to inhibit wrapping in place
of inserting <NOBR>...</NOBR> into the markup.
