This needs a bit more attention.

I heard that there's quite a bit of unused content in here. Now while it may not really be an authorative source, there's a game mod which readds unused stuff. If you look at the changelog you'll immediately discover lots of stuff they meant to add to the game but went unused.

That's quite a bit of potential unused stuff there! However, I'd just be curious to dig through the game proper and make note of how much of those are all there (aside from the Hot Coffee, which everyone knows about). Some of it seems like potential re-creation stuff, so yeah.

Quite interesting just how much stuff he did there though.
