i'm glad the health/damage system was reworked--it looks like fall damage doesn't fuck up your armor anymore, and since you can easily get your health regenerating... I'M FREE FAAAAAAALLIN

on a friend's server, we stopped seeing friendlies around this village we found

as i ventured out in any direction, i found boatloads of passive mobs all just chilling aorund

there were even passive mobs all the way back at spawn (and we're around one thousand blocks away from that)

it's ridiculous when you have to venture out so far to get just a few resources or to see something other than creepers

The school has a Minecraft club, so I ended up joining, and I've played every day for the last two weeks.

Just this morning, we had a griefer come on. (We know who he is too, heh.)

It was pretty sub-par, compared to that one pyromaniac grief on the Jul server a while ago. 'Twas just four lava sources on a building, digging up coasts randomly, breaking all the torches... and completely levelling the gaming club president's home.

In other news, melons are pretty cool, wish mushroom farming were still here but the giant mushrooms are good enough.

Look up the RedPower mod. It literally makes Redstone useful, it's crazy. How that guy hasn't been paid to integrate that into MC core is a mystery.
