| It's been forever since I've hacked a Rom, I'm not even sure which tools to use to hack a nds rom...
I want to take Yu-Gi-Oh 5d's Stardust and hack it, the goal... to be able to add custom cards to the game, it would be nice to have graphics for them but it's not a necessity... I don't even know where I'll find sprites to use for the monsters 
I need to be able to add cards and the apply the rulings to make it behave the way I want in game. which tools do I use? |
