I think the image is pretty self-explanatory. I've found a way to use it in the game: To get it, jump 3567 times without moving, then press L+R+X+A and Y+B+Select+Up and Y+X+Right+Left+L. To use it, press X and Y at the same time. Once you used it, you have to get it again before you can use it again. When you use it, a brown cloud fills the sky and kills nearly all the enemies. Some enemies require you to do it two times or more. Be careful though! | How to get Wario in SMB1 for NES:
Finish level 1-1 without jumping. Then you'll enter a bonus room with a huge ? block which contains Wario. Once you hit the block you'll return to 1-1, but with Wario. Warning: Wario did lose weight since those days. He was incredibly fat, to an extent he can't jump. | To be completely honest I get along fine without sprite graphics,
