I always blast music when I'm driving. My car doesn't have an auxiliary jack so I burn CDs to play in the car. I have my Zune HD for when I'm out and about (I never leave home without it), also cranked way up. When I'm home, I plug my laptop into my stereo system and listen that way. Sometimes I'll listen to my vinyl... it's especially nice when I'm doing homework or working around the apartment, because it's so soft and sweet sounding. I love vinyl.

I download most of my music, but if I can't find it that way then I'll buy it from Amazon mp3. And I get my vinyl at Amoeba Music in LA.

I just bought a 12 pack of this last night at the store.

It's yuuuummmy.

The crispy M&Ms were great, but the almond ones are my favorite. I love almonds. So as long as those stay in production I'll be happy. I also split them up by color and eat each color one at a time (always saving green for last)... it's very hard for me to just eat them out of the bag.

Many of my college professors make laptops against their classroom policy, probably because of how easy it is to get distracted with the whole internet at your fingertips. So I'm used to taking notes on paper. But it's frustrating... sometimes I think my professors forget that we're tuition-paying adults, not high school students. Just let me use my laptop!

Okay so the adoption place wouldn't let us adopt the calico I posted above unless we adopted her brother too, so we had to pass on her. Buuuuut we went in yesterday and found THIS LITTLE BUNDLE OF JOY

She's a 3 month old tabby that we named Abby.

Yeah, the calico has been with her brother for a long time and their foster parent doesn't want to separate them. But two of Abby's siblings have already been adopted, so I guess her foster parent doesn't mind. The third sibling and Abby absolutely hate each other, so it's a good thing they don't have to be near each other. :p

I wouldn't mind having two in the future, but one is enough for now. She's so cute though! She loves hiding from her toys and then attacking them. And she's a purring machine! I wondered if she'd be able to purr regularly, because for reasons unknown she doesn't have a voice.
