Well, sort of. It's a pity you can't embed a certain MIDI file using CSS alone.

Goodness gracious, you're right.

It's been rectified now, barring any caching.

Now all they need to do is make it fly, and they've invented Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.

Jumping in...

I also want to search the room further. I doubt there's anything too unpleasant hiding in here...

I had it last summer. I was called into a courtroom with about 30 others, but thankfully I wasn't chosen from that group to be on the jury. So I just sat around all day.

Oh, and they showed us a video at the beginning about how awesome our legal system is.

Bring your laptop.

Mouse.

Must:
  • Be optical. Ball mice should die (and luckily, most have).
  • Have a scroll wheel. I fall back to page up/page down if I'm using a moue with no wheel, but those keys don't work everywhere.
  • Be comfortable (obviously).

Should:
  • Have back/forward buttons. I realize that I use the 'back' button on my mouse whenever I use one that doesn't have it.
  • Be wired. Don't have to worry about random disconnections or needing to charge the thing.

When I'm on my laptop, I use the touchpad just so I don't have to worry about carrying around a mouse or leaving it somewhere.
  • Tap-to-click on
  • Two-finger scrolling on, because the 'scrolling edge' of my touchpad is very hard to find without looking
  • Two-finger tap to middle click
  • Touch with one finger, then tap with the other to right click

I basically never use the physical left/right click buttons below the touchpad.

These guys seem honest enough, so I'd like to join them.

Why walk when you can ride?

Firefox. I have no real reason to switch since it almost never crashes. I've tried Chrome and Opera, but didn't really notice any difference in speed.

The main reason I stick with Firefox, though, is because of the extensions I use that I'd have to give up if I switched. I like them too much.

Well, only one of them is actually coming toward us. Still, I think it would be safer to try and hide. We only have 13 EP at the moment, plus we can't be sure the one riding toward us won't alert the rest of the Giaks if we try and fight him.

It wouldn't even have to be as fancy as a PHP-based uploader. I don't know how many FTP accounts you can have with this host, but if you can have a lot, The Powers That Be could just create a new FTP account (probably with a small quota) for anyone who requests one (with good reason, of course) and just give them access to one folder.

I think the river would be safest. It's a shame abandoning the horse, but they probably have some in the city we can use if we need to later...

No telling if the unnamed horrors in the graveyard are waiting to consume wary trespassers as well as unwary ones, but I don't think we should take that chance.

Full-time student here, so that's my main "job."

I have a part-time job doing programming of various sorts as well, which I really enjoy.
