I would definitely try it on some vinyl that was more on the expendable side. Or, like you said, go buy a record at a local thrift store. I'm sure you can get one for next to 25ยข.

Hey guys. It's been a while since I've been active...well, anywhere that I used to be active. It'd be nice to catch up with a few of you guys. I tried diving right back in, but I have no idea what's gone on in the past (oh gosh, I don't even know how long it's been.)
I think the last time I was really active was when I moved out from living with my step father, some 2-3 years ago. Since then I've graduated high school, gotten a job at Chick-fil-A for a year. Got a second job at a small car lot as a photographer. Quit Chick-fil-A and the small lot to go work at a rather large car dealership as a photographer. I've been there for a little over a year now, working full time, and I'm currently back at CFA, part time. I'm trying to save money to attend university next semester to major in Computer Science.
Heh...life really gets in the way of life sometimes...
So, does the official Welcome Back Committee want to do the honors?

Car. Definitely. For me, there's nothing like cruising an unknown road at about 80mph in the early AM hours. It's wonderful stress relief. And some good music and someone to share the experience with, and there's not much else I'd rather be doing.
