years ago I was linked to a website about a guy who lived with these people that believed they were FF7 characters in a parallel universe. they were in reality an obese lesbian couple (trio?) that never bathed or picked up after themselves, didn't work, and would spend all of their money on the cheapest jewelry and perfume. I think the leader maintained several livejournals with different personas and was a compulsive liar. the women would tell this guy that he was actually Zack in another world, and therefore it was up to him to clean up after them and provide for them and all this shit. I don't remember if he actually believed the same stuff or if he was just seriously desperate and alone, but for whatever he took the abuse they dished out. after like a year he got in contact with his family and they took him home. does anyone remember what I'm talking about? I've been trying to find it, but googling 'white trash who thinks they're final fantasy characters' doesn't exactly narrow down anything. I wish I could remember any of their actual names. I came here to make this thread. I am definitely playing this today, the first game was incredible. The animation is beautiful and the puzzles are really engaging. I can't explain why, because I normally hate puzzles. I was enchanted by The Curious Village and am very much looking forward to this game.
