Hey guys, I just got back from PAX and I saw so much awesome stuff! I'm going to make a short list with descriptions real quick before I pass out:

Spy Party - Indie PC game where one person plays the spy and one person plays the sniper. The spy walks around a party with NPCs and has to perform 4 tasks in the allotted time. The sniper has to look at the party from the outside and try to determine who the spy is and shoot him/her. Being the sniper is hard.
Fez - You guys have probably seen this by now. I didn't stop for too long, just saw some people playing it. Looks good.
Firefall - A PC 3rd person shooter. Kinda cel-shaded looking, and it reminded me of Tribes (jetpacks, hooray!) I didn't play this one either, but watched it here and there. (GameTrailers video)
Ash - A 16-bit RPG for the iPhone/iPod Touch. Downloaded the demo, haven't played it yet.
Orcs Must Die - Watched some people playing this, it looks sweet. 3rd person action tied in with placing traps to kill advancing monsters. (GameTrailers video)
Shoot Many Robots - Really fun sidescrolling co-op shooter. Played this a little bit, and the jetpack was fun and worked well with gameplay. I didn't get it, but there's a fairy costume power-up, so it looks like this game'll have a good sense of humor. (Preview)
Snapshot - Caught a tiny bit of this one. It's a platforming puzzle game (I think the art style is similar to Braid) where you can take pictures of the screen and then place those pictures in other places; so for instance you can take a picture of a platform and place it somewhere you need to jump on it.
Warp - Cute little top-down action game where you're an alien that can warp a small distance away. Also, you can warp into objects and shake the analog stick to make them explode. People included. (Kotaku video)
Raskulls - From the guys that did Fruit Ninja, this is a platformer racing game. Mixed with Mr. Driller. You run through the course shooting blocks to get through, trying to drop them on your opponents as you go.
The Dishwasher: Vampire Smile - From the guy(s?) that did I MAED A GAME WITH ZOMBIES IN IT (or however it's spelled), it's an over-the-top combo-based action game that has a sketch, black and white style to it. (Kotaku video)
Insane Twisted Shadow Planet - You're a little flying saucer that has a hook to move switches and rocks and things as you fly around. Looks metroidvania-ish, I unlocked a ray gun and there were enemies, so there is some combat there.

Another year, I apparently passed out in my front yard after ordering pizza and the pizza delivery guy called an ambulance. I say apparently because I didn't know this until my neighbors told me a week later.


So, yeah. Also, I do believe it's time for a green beer (Miller Lite).
