My brother lives in West Chester

But I'm currently in Puerto Rico and I can't wait to return to Pennsylvania.

Also, Philadelphia is really close to New Jersey and the East coast, a beach shouldn't be too hard to find.

I can settle with an automated thread title change request system. But wouldn't it be easier to just grant the right to everyone and warn that misusing it counts as spam?

I could barely use the web yesterday. I woke up at 11:30 (wow, first time ever), I took a bath, had lunch then my sister gave me a 2 hour long movie then I started studying Russian for a while and then I had like 1 hour of PC time before my sister called me to help her on something on the PC...

yes, until somebody who got banned and unbanned decides to go though and rename all his threads

it's not about the ease of the immediate but the amount of work I can remove later.

I don't think anyone immature enough to do such thing would have made a lot of important threads that he could mess up. In the case they have, couldn't they delete the first post of the thread as well? I don't think anyone has gone as low as to do such thing.
