Si, c'est comme mon ancien chat, il aimait rester sur mon lit. Il est regrettable que je n'aie pas pris photos de lui. Il a mangé du poison... alors il est mort... Non, je ne l'ai pas tué, mais je ne sais pas où il a mangé le poison.

Je n'avais jamais écrit en français sur l'internet, sauf vers chat. Mais ça peut-être parce que j'ai seulement commencé à étudier le français pendant les vacances d'été.

I'm openly gay.... that's it, not much else to say. I used to be like yde, very obnoxious about it...

I'm happy where I live, all my friends know I'm gay and they're all ok with it. In fact, my best friend is a straight male.

I'm the same way. I know only 2 other people around Detroit who are gay (both male). It's rather homophobic around here. Maybe many more people are LGBT and hide it in real life to avoid violence.

"To fall" means to descend under the influence of gravity but there's no gravity, therefore there is no 'fall'.

You can't 'fall' without gravity so there wouldn't even be a verb for 'to fall'. You can descend, though...

I speak English, Spanish (my first) and French fluently. Although, I will make a few grammar mistakes or poor word selection when speaking fast in French, this never happens in English, though. I know some Italian, I can have conversations and stuff but only slowly, I'll lose control if things go too fast. I also know a few words in German but I can't say much...

Thanks to the Italian, Spanish and French I know, I partially understand written Portuguese, Catalan, and (to a lesser extent) Latin.

I will continue to study German on my own and I'll try to improve my Italian. Once I go to college, I'll take a minor in Russian, and then, way past that, I will consider learning Finnish or Romanian on my own.

I blame the lack of social progress in the US to the loads of extreme social conservatives that equate anything either bad or good to God's will and think religion should be compulsory in school, that don't know how to turn on a computer and the remnants of the huge anti-communism era during the cold war.

I hope I didn't offend anyone with that comment but that's what I think. And more on topic, viva Finland!

I've always wanted to go to Finland, maybe not to live there but I'd really like to visit.

I live in a small (very small) town south of San Juan that still looks just like the Spaniards left it, well, much crappier. We have a corrupt mayor, here politics are all about the party and people don't care about the dude so we're stuck with some guy that steals the money for himself and has done absolutely nothing in two terms now. I'm about 10 minutes from downtown which is just a few houses crammed together and the tallest building is my three-story school.

There's a very small mall (about 15-20 stores) that has a Gamestop about 2 minutes from my house but few people ever go there... As for a fun place, the nearest thing we have is the capital city which is about 40 minutes from my house. Outside the mall, we have more churches than stores by a ratio of about 3:1.

The area is awful, it's extremely boring and you hear reggaeton at extremely high volumes everywhere. Politicians and church people use reggaeton as a way to sway people.
