In the time I reloaded the page twice, there were 3000 posts made. You guys need to suck down a bottle of Children's Dimetapp and snooze for a while!

So, yeah, the villain I have in mind is, in a sentence, an intelligent, yet arrogant cyborg roboticist who specializes in long-term schemes, betrayal, surprise attacks, and sarcastic remarks; he's always in a good mood, unless he knows for sure that his grand plan is ruined.

You rang?

On a side, I've considered a type of "internet game" in the past, but with a meme environment. You'd go through these internet meme-related stages as internet meme-related characters fighting internet meme-related bosses. Just a big list of stages, played in random order. The pull for the game is that it plays in a web browser, being programmed in Java backed by hardware-accelerated OpenGL graphics. It would connect to a game server, where you would play co-op with anyone in the community who happens to be online.

Some such ideas could be integrated into this project, though I'm not joking about being the guy everyone gets to beat up.

EDIT:
While I don't have an online appearance, per sé, I do really like the look of one of my Villains. I could totally see this in the Jul game! Click for big version.

For those interested, his powersets are Gravity Control, Energy Assault and Soul Mastery.

My class schedule always listed a lunch period, and somehow I had a lunch teacher??

The ever-on-topic thing I learned in Health was how to avoid being taken advantage of by shady marketing.

Math can be very useful if taught usefully. I'm surprised more programmers don't realize things like, say... you can find the intersecting point between two line segments (if any) by transforming (translating and rotating) one line segment around the other, making the first at the origin on the horizontal axis, and finding the X-intercept of the other one. Saves complex matrix calculations and stuff.

Though from a programming angle, you're often cursed by the dreaded Machine Epsilon, which makes even bug-free code operate incorrectly.

Come, now. You know you want me as the main villain! The one who's simply too awesome for anyone else to tolerate. The lovably detestable one with not only a masterful plan, but glorious one and with rugged good looks... as far as a helmet with a bot visor are concerned. The plan is a simple one, you see, and has nothing to do with world conquest, domination or even subversion. One must leave those endeavors to the more foolish, ill-equipped individuals who all too often characterize exemplary villainy.

Instead, I propose a much more entertaining world filled with deceit, sabotage and questioning of loyalties! Such a world would be far more interesting indeed, but will not come about without proper guidance. This is where my services come into play. My goons will be harbingers of this new way of life: forerunners of all the delighting havoc and chaos one's black heart could ever desire. Only those who mistakingly place their moral stock in righteousness and justice would choose to attempt to counter my plans, but of course they are doomed to fail.

Surely, this is no job for Stein. He never even passed the Evil Laughter assessment back in villainy school!

Soy sauce in the tomato soup for me, though my brother has been known to put mustard on the chocolate chip cookies. I'm still a big fan of the hot sauce-covered marshmallows, personally.

I took my final final exam years ago. Also, my graduating class in the public high school I went to had four co-valedictorians, which made several private schools frown.

Those Jul guys are at it again: being pompous, arrogant jerks who only want to make themselves feel better by picking on new members like you. Time to teach them a lesson! It's easy to slip under the radar by registering a new account with a different name whenever they ban you, so work your way through the ranks and get your point across!

The "Jul Board" contains a number of "threads" that users reply to, making them grow. When a thread gets large enough, it will attract the attention of the mods and eventually the admins. To get your word out to those in charge, you need to start a thread and make it grow all the way to the top. But watch out! Those mean Jul guys may notice what you're up to and ban your account, forcing you to register a new one. If you make a new reply in your thread too soon after making an account, you'll be noticed right off the bat, so you'll have to evade the ever-watching eye of those morons and post in some other threads first. Be careful not to let any other threads ahead of yours, though!

When your thread reaches the admins, you'll be able to say what's on your mind and they will listen to you, ultimately changing their evil ways, apologizing and admitting you were right all along. But it's not going to happen if you just sit there! Click Start to begin!

I picked up the Punch-Out!! title a few days ago. It's quite comical. Fun to play, too. I recorded a video! (Careful, though. The game's volume is somehow off the charts.)

Some drive offensively, some drive defensively, and... when it comes to offensive drivers, I drive obnoxiously. I looooove seeing morons speeding and lane-hopping my my mirror then making it so they can't get to where they want to go, be it pulling up just close enough on the person in the other lane to not let anyone pass, or actually blocking their access to the exit because they were speeding in the left lane.

Lots of people have told me I'm number one. At least I think that's what they meant.

I'd rather be the biggest bad than a trumped bad. Unless Stein betraying me is all part of my master plan and I turn it back around in the double ending OH HO!

Otherwise, just make me the first fortress boss.

One of my co-worker's younger friends is graduating... I need to find a graduated cylinder and put a little mortarboard cap on it as a gift. I could probably get the latter at an arts and crafts store, but where would one pick up science lab supplies?

Silly question here, but Nintendo's media briefing is tomorrow morning and I have no idea which sites will be providing a live stream of the presentation. Anyone happen to know where I can turn?

Notes while watching Nintendo's media briefing:

• Well done, tech team. Still have your jobs?
• Yay 4-player Wii Mario!
• Yikes. I didn't know how many Balance Boards sold...
• The Wii Motion Plus video was pretty cool.
• How's the whole Nunchuck-archery thing work?
• Saved by the money ball!
• Did a robot just bust out of a pyramid? Stupid Japan.
• Heh. Core gamers are now called "the other direction"
• I hope I'm not the only one who thought "Zwinky DS"
• Iwata had a cooler intro music than the others.
• "Any objections, lady?"
• Muuuuuch better show than last year.
