| Oh, it works for you fine? I wonder how do I fix it for me? I did patch it with the correct rom. The bug happens on both versions too. |

| OK, but I was thinking that you locked moon jump but it was still working, and when I read the sign to the woods. It saids Hi there. I think that was ment to go to the red/pink bomb. EDIT: When I go to the woods I get the star screen but it looks weird, like its black or something and a little white around the corse thing. |

| OK. =) I did also edit that thing. It also had another bug about the star select screen. The white turned into black and only a little white shows in the middle. Only happens when I go to the woods. |

| All the stars? Did you get 100 coins in the two levels? Lava and forest. As you can see I beated the game and the cheat I mite of done was maby moon jump to this one star but started over with out it but I can remember where it is because of moon jump. xD And the other, well I speed some stuff up like to get there faster and make some platforms come down faster by speeding it up. I like that custom music when your under ground. Some things that did happen. For some reason, when I was chasing the Yoshi, the game crash so I tried again and it didn't crash this time. But a couple thing that did bother me. The final boss stage was the same area. And the background for day? Umm, you could of done the other background, the main one unless there was a problem. But its still a good hack and for some reason, when I was at the title screen long, I some how warped to the bowser area. Happened first time when I saw it. And hey, is there any way for you to fix the hack for toads tool, so we can edit levels why we wait for the new toads tool? For people who complete the hack. ![]() |

| Hi, I got a question. Is there a way to add objects into areas? Like I wanted to make a room in one of the castle areas but one time I think I was running out of objects. So I want to add more. I think this toads tool didn't have the option to do that. Any other way to do it like hex editing or something? |

Hey I got a object imported. But I tried to import a custom texture but I had space in the name and it only said part of the name and now its textures from the game. There's another glitch. There's like a hole in the obj. Yeah I think they were set to triangles.![]() BTW, the bricks is custom texture from the plug in. |

| (Replying to messiaen's reply from the other thread.) Oh, yeah I know much about scaling a little. But this object was my first object ported into Super Mario 64 and now, I have some other files ported. BTW, I use Wings 3D to make that. Edit: -Culling? Do I only type that after the -mtl part? |

| Oh, OK. I will see what I can do. Thanks for helping. I also am making a dessert. It is my goal to create a new dessert with pyramids. But when the ground is flat and the models are pyramids but this will have to do for now. =) |

| Wow, that looks nice. Cant wait for this tool. Wow, Banjo Kazooie - Spiral mountain. I have a question though, will Toads tool 0.6.0 import obj's into more then one level? I'm not sure if it will. I saw level slots and replacing Bomb omb battle field in the old screen shots. |

| I'm kind of having this major problem with the obj importer now. http://i250.photobucket.com/albums/gg244/wwwarea/SuperMario64Ssnap0011.png Seems most textures are all streched. I tried importing the level with both 6 and 7 version but it did the same thing. =/ I even tried a new rom with out any custom maps and still did the same thing. The only textures that are working are the stone on the walls and this other texture somewhere. All the textures were 32 x 32 also. So I don't know why its doing that to the map in the game. But these days, when I was importing maps, I diddn't have this problem. It must be the obj file or something. I looked at it before importing and it looked fine. Can anyone help me please? Edit: OK, in google sketch up, I moved it and scaled it. And then export it by using blender again and this time, it looked diffrent, as the polygons were repeated alot but thats my fault with the resizing. So anyway, I fixed that and then now in the game, most textures are fine. Just the tiles around the carpet wearn't so I had to re texture that and then they looked weird and then I was resizing this other texture that wasn't the tiles and now the tiles don't look wierd. xD Hmm, this is a confusing bug I think. Well anyway, sorry for asking help since I got it taken care of now. |

Yeah, I was using google sketch up and thanks. But when I export, they turn into tringles unless I have to do it before exporting.Edit: Oh wait, it might be squares I have to do and then tringles. |

| Wow, your fast at making these messiaen. =D The collision type part where we type 1 looks like the idea of mine that if we wanted multi collision type in levels like in other levels, there are more then one sound like when you step on this grass texture, it sounds like grass and if you step on this brick texture, it sounds like your walking on bricks. Even though, I want to add the objects from other levels using toads tool after but in toads tool, I get a black screen in there when I try viewing the level. Does this happen with anyone else? If not then it must be how I'm setting the object banks. In 0C, I selected Lava Objects: Big bully. In 0D I selected Castle Objects: Toads In 0E I selected Inside Castle: Castle Floor Trap |

| Oh, OK. And here are my replies to the questions, I don't get error messages in toads tool. You mean the list of the objects in toads tool that are in red? I think they show up in the list and I see the names of some castle objects. Yeah, the level shows fine in the game when I play it. I don't think it was over 2000, it was less then 100 I think. But in toads tool v0.5.98b, I don't get a black screen but the level is invisible. I could only see it in Collision Map mode and with out the lines of the collision. (Probably because of the Renderer) So I tested some objects and I got them to load in the level but the trap floor, the texture on it looks really strange. Its like this green texture with lines kind of. |

| I tried v0.5994b but it still gives me the black screen in the window where you view your level. (Before the black screen, the map is still invisible.) I think I can still edit with the list and other around the window. This black screen problem might be because I'm using Vista. | Hmm, I get the white screen too. But its because of some obj files. Most of them I tried importing gives me the white screen when I start the level. I only got 1 map imported with out the white screen. I tried importing the same obj file in another level also and still no freeze so then I tried another obj file, it freezes again. =/ One of the obj files that froze in the game looks OK in toads tool 64 though. Edit: It seems the obj files that are working for me are the ones exported from Wings 3D. The ones that freezes the game is the ones from google sketch up. I think I tried to import a obj that was exported from google sketch up and then exported from Wings 3D but still diddn't work. Some obj files that were from something else and then exported from Wings 3D or made in Wings 3D and then export from it did work. So I'm guessing its google sketch up again. |

Thanks for the new release. My map from google sketch up works now.You should add a fog feature for version 0.9 like in Peach's secret slide, it has this dark fog in it. |

| Just found another bug. This one is major... =/ Seems if I import more then 1 map into the game like 2 levels replaced with 2 diffrent obj files, it could crash the game when I enter the next custom obj level, and opening the rom with toads tool 64 doesn't work. It gives me this error pop up saying Handler not found or something or List expected for handler. Another bug, would be other texture sizes like 64 x 32 I think but when importing, the texture comes repeated in the texture. Kind of like: Before import, texture looked like (1234) and after import, it looked strange in the game so I ripped it and the texture was still 64 x 32 but the texture diddn't look the same, it did something like (1212). |
