| I should be studying more Japanese since I leave for Japan in 38 days, but alas, I'm playing Tales of Legendia/watching a little TV instead . . . --------------------  NOTE: NFF will shut down on October 1st if not enough people post this month. | Interesting, with this post I have just 1% of what you have now, lol. But the most I have ever had was on the first AB when I had close to 2500. I think, if I remember correctly, that I have more posts now than what I did on incarnation 3 and board2 combined. -------------------- NOTE: NFF will shut down on October 1st if not enough people post this month. | (Note: I wasn't sure where to put this thread, so mods can move this where they see fit.) Okay, I've been searching around for a particular game font but am having no luck finding. This font has appeared in numerous games including: Ocarina of Time (dialogue font), Majora's Mask (dialogue), Seiken Densetsu 4 (font appears everywhere), Chocobo's Dungeon (status bar), etc. The Japanese version is called "Fork" and does appear in those games too, but it's not the same thing. And I know it's not a Nintendo exclusive since I see that font in non-Nintendo games. It's not just a bitmap font either since I have seen this font appearing in a couple of manuals that come with games. If there is something similar, I'd be satifying with that -- sans serif, the "g" and "y" appearing straight, the "3", "5", "6", and "9" topmost or bottommost stroke being extending out instead of being curved inward. Is this font even obtainable anywhere or am I just waisting my time? I would like to get the .ttf of this if possible. -------------------- |

Dorito, can you speak Kansai (Osaka) dialect as well? It takes some getting used to especially if you're used to standard Japanese (Tokyo dialect). I know a little Kansai-ben, but I mostly know standard.  -------------------- |

| I love this series -- this is my favorite of the Nippon Ichi Games. I have both Disgaea and Disgaea 2. The only thing I have trouble doing are the tower moves. Building up your characters to level 9999, getting insane stats (the stats were more insane in Disgaea 2 than in the first one, so I can only image what they'll be like in the 3rd one), and buying weapons that cost 60+ million HL were the most fun parts of the game. I still playing D2, trying to open up the Dark World levels and get to the Land of Carnage. -------------------- |

| Unfortunately, I have to keep layouts off most of the time because there's someone's that still freezes up my browser (I think it's Acmlm's). I don't use layouts most of time -- just different fonts and colors. |
