After feeling relieved over another victory, Sophie looked over towards the other side of the grassy room, seeing Naia and Reimu battling yet another Waddle Dum. She didn't feel the need to help them, as they seemed to do just fine. "There seems to be a whole nest of these things here", she thought.

Sophie looked around.
"Nobody has checked out these newly opened squares yet.. I just wonder what's over there", she quietly mumbled before going off to square 2.

It's already there! It's not a button, but rather a small link at the bottom of one's profile, but it's there. Among the other links in the "Options" table.

"It's.. kind of small in here. I don't like it."

Sophie thought of every possible trap that could await her team, including the room slowly shrinking and everything.

"Oh, it doesn't matter..", she mumbled and went to square 8.

I guess he said that because all the other ones weren't really his

As for me, my TV is slightly smaller than my old 17" monitor, so it's probably a 16" one. I suppose a bigger one would be nice to have eventually, but for now I don't really mind its size.

"Your name is what? ... hehe."

Sophie found the creature's name to be a bit amusing, however she immediately stopped her laugh when she saw it lighting a bomb.

".. a BOMB?! Oh god, Naia, watch out, that thing's gonna hu-- ugh.."

Sophie was interrupted when she felt something odd. It was as if some kind of energy inside of her reacted, wanted to come out. She looked at her hands, which suddenly began to emerge a soft, blue light. The light circled her in a big enough radius to reach Naia, who was now circled by the light as well, shortly before it finally vanished.

Without knowing it, she managed to cast Shield on Naia.

Fröhliche Weihnachten, everyone! In Germany, all celebrations are done on the 24th as well.

25th and 26th are there as First and Second Christmas Day, respectively, but.. even though they're official holidays, they're just there. Maybe others with big families and such are celebrating these, too, but we haven't ever been doing any major stuff beyond the 24th, so I don't really know.

Anyway, we're going to set up our Christmas tree in around 4 hours (at 3 PM). Afterwards we're going to open presents already. Reminds me that I still have to wrap mine.
Oh boy.. I suck at wrapping stuff :x

I got:

- a kickass LED binary watch (one quite similar to these, in fact the only difference is that the hour LEDs are blue and the minute ones are red)
- a wooden mortar and pestle (I love mixing spices with these things)
- a small.. safe, with an electronic lock. (It's an injoke.)

I am so fucking happy about the binary watch, I wanted one for so long

"What? He's still alive after that explosion?"

Sophie turned to Naia, who fell on the ground after being hit by that large boomerang. "Are you all right, Naia? That looked like it hurt quite a lot.."

"Hey, Pandaren!", she shouted across the room, "We could use some help here, that guy is more durable than he looks..!"

Sophie thought about her next move. "But what do I do now? Punch that thing? .. No, that wouldn't work. I'm too weak. But.. maybe.. that strange energy just now, maybe if I do something like.."

Sophie closed her eyes and concentrated. There was some power inside her. She just had to find it.

After a short while, she felt some sort of energy coming. It felt similar to before, albeit a bit different.
"This is it..!" She didn't know what would happen next, but she led all that energy to her hands, which she held towards the Jr. Poffy. "Hah!"

Out of her hands came a ball of cold energy, which was now directly homing onto the Jr. Poffy. She cast an ice spell on it!

It's not large, but 49 has been my lucky number since the age of six. (This is also my user id here )
497 is another.

I also always kind of liked 6561 (9^4 or 81^2) -- the second square number I discovered (with a calculator) when I was three. The first one was 81. (and 9, too, if you count that one)

Also (call me weird, but) some of my favorite bus numbers include 24, 168, 173, 192, 378 and 493.

Haven't got sick so far, luckily. I hope it stays that way, the cold weather isn't over just yet..

My nose feels a tiny bit stuffed sometimes, but it's always like that so it's nothing special.

Mold. I can't touch anything that even remotely looks like it's rotten.

Also, telephones. Not the devices themselves, but rather the process of calling (or being called). I can't call people (or machines, even!) over the phone for the life of me, and whenever I hear a phone ringing I can't help but start shaking
Using Skype (or something similar) is usually fine, though, as long as I personally know the person/people I'm talking with (and even then it's kind of difficult)

There are even more things.. but I don't want to get too much into detail

That reminds me of that time in 1999 or so when I had a blade of a small pair of scissors stuck in my right hand, in that little piece of skin between the little and ring finger. Fun times. :x

It's gotten a little colder over the past few days (-2°C now), but aside from that, nothing else. It's supposed to be -9 tomorrow, but I somehow doubt that'll happen. We'll see.

Oh, okay. It snowed a little bit today, enough to cover the ground with white, but it's probably going to melt in a few hours.

Playing Zelda: Wind Waker (second playthrough with alternative costume and all), completed Earth and Wind Temple, now going to find the triforce shards all over the sea.

Also, Ocarina of Time Master Quest. What the hell is up with Jabu Jabu.
Currently in, uh, Shadow Temple I think. Haven't played this in a few days, but I still want to finish it.

The later stages weren't that bad.. what really creeped me out was the beginning of level 4 and the first use of "darkness" 5 because I didn't expect that to happen. Sure, I figured it'd get.. worse after level 3, but.. D:

Other than that, it's quite enjoyable.. the backtracking in level 7 was nice, even if the eversion spots were kind of hard to find.

"Yes! We did it!", Sophie yelled in joy. "And I discovered how to use magic, too!"

She thought about it for a while. "I can't believe I can use magic spells.. I'm still feeling a bit weird about it.. but I'm sure I'll manage somehow."

After seeing Naia and Reimu venturing off to the newly appeared squares, Sophie figured she should investigate the old ones first. "Hey, Pandaren. Let's check out the squares that already were here. I'm pretty sure the next set of stairs are over there where Naia and Reimu are going, so maybe there's still something useful hidden here."

With that, she went to squ.. "Oh?"

Sophie noticed something fell out of her pockets. It was the Mystery capsule she bought from the vending machine earlier. She picked it up and looked at it. "Oh, that thing. I forgot all about it. Maybe I should open it and see what's inside, before I forget a second time.."

She tried to figure out how to open the Mystery while slowly going to square 12.

(OOC: You could do that, right? Opening that thing while doing another action? If not, just disregard my moving to another square and just open it.)
