The game uses skill-based matchmaking, so if you never play you probably never move out of the lower skill levels, against people who know what they're doing it can be pretty frustrating later on, particularly with the awful weapon balance

Also, Fortnite throws a lot of bots into the games, with randomized two-name two-letter name like EpicGamer69 or some shit, I kinda hate when games do that kind of thing honestly, use bots to pad games and try to pass them off as real players
