Lately I've been hooked on Final Fantasy 4 Free Enterprise. Get the airship Enterprise free at the start of the game, and treasures + key items + characters + bosses are randomized. I've been watching one race a night for the past month, though usually at the Youtube archive rather than the Twitch streams.
